Ray Olang focuses his practice on commercial and residential litigation. Ray is a native of Matthews, NC and has been in the Charlotte area his entire life. He earned his B.S. in Chemistry and Minor in Applied Physics from Winthrop University. After attending Winthrop University, he worked as an analytical and quality control chemist while studying to earn his J.D. from the Charlotte School of Law. During law school, he was Associate Editor of the Charlotte IP Journal and completed an externship at the York County Prosecutor’s Office. Ray grew up around the construction trade with a family of architects and general contractors. Ray also has hands-on experience as a general contractor and real estate broker, which he leverages to help his clients. Ray is an actively licensed General Contractor. Prior to joining the firm, Ray worked primarily in Winston-Salem, practicing business litigation.
